Okay people- This is my third-ever website, and first-ever dedicated, (mostly) to Björk Gudmundsdottir. I have been following and appreciating her talent for about 10 years now and there have been a lot of changes in her style; from the 80's Icelandic band, The Sugarcubes, to her most present collection of works, the Greatest Hits album!
I absolutely adore her earliest solo work, after The Sugarcubes, Debut. But, as I have gotton older and more mature, so seemingly, has Björk's style. I was blown away by her performance in Dancer in the Dark, and her voice in the corresponding soundtrack, Selma Songs. Is there no end to what this woman can do?! Anyways, that's my two-cents worth- and if you haven't heard of the goddess Björk- Then you seriously have to get ahold of some of her stuff! But for most of you out there, the ones looking up this site to catch another glimpse, any glimpse of anything Björk, then I hope your appetite has been whetted, if at least only temporarily!
